Mountain Frog Research publishes written analysis of the E-mini S&P 500 futures market: a read published before each session's open, snapshots revisited while the session runs, and comparisons against historical sessions.
A subscription provides same-day access. Everything published becomes freely available to the public the following day.
The publication is general market commentary. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and not tailored to anyone's circumstances, holdings, or objectives.
Every subscriber receives the same publication. Nothing in it is personalised, and nothing in it should be treated as a recommendation to act.
Mountain Frog Software, LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker, or commodity trading advisor. Nothing here creates an advisory relationship.
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance does not indicate future results.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. Mountain Frog Software, LLC accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of the publication.
Figures are computed from market trade data. The written synthesis is produced by a language model working from those computed inputs through a fixed framework, reviewed before publication.
Every read is graded afterwards against the session that followed, and the grades — including the poor ones — remain published. A grading record is a record, not a forecast.
The publication is provided "as is". No guarantee is made as to accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. Publication depends on automated, distributed processes that can fail in rare circumstances outside our control; when a read is late or missing, that is disclosed rather than concealed.
Subscriptions are monthly, and renew automatically until cancelled. The price at the time you subscribe applies for as long as your subscription continues without interruption; any change is notified before it takes effect.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
You may cancel at any time from your account page, without contacting us.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access for the remainder of it, and are not charged again.
If a payment fails, access continues while the card is retried; if it is not resolved by the end of the paid period, access ends.
Payments are final. Every read, snapshot and analog becomes public the following day, in full and permanently, so you can evaluate the work completely before you pay for it. Cancelling does not refund the current period; access continues to the end of it instead.
If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a billing error, a subscription you did not intend to start — email support@mountainfrogresearch.com and we will make it right.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. By subscribing you ask us to begin supplying that content immediately, and you acknowledge that once supply has begun you lose that right of withdrawal. Until you first open a subscriber-only read, snapshot or analog, supply has not begun and the right still applies.
Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. It is for one person.
You may quote briefly from a read with attribution and a link.
You may not republish reads in full, redistribute them to others, share your account, or resell access. Same-day access is what is being sold; passing it on is the one use that takes the product's value away.
All content, the framework behind it, and the site itself remain the property of Mountain Frog Software, LLC.
We collect the minimum required to run a subscription: your email address, and the billing details Stripe needs to take payment. We store no card details.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email. Reads are published to the site and not emailed — the only email we send concerns your account.
You may request deletion of your account and address at any time by emailing support@mountainfrogresearch.com.
We may suspend or terminate an account for redistribution, account sharing, or attempts to circumvent access controls. Where circumstances allow, notice will be given first. If we terminate without cause, any unused portion of the current period is refunded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to the publication is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses.
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email to subscribers before taking effect. The effective date at the top of this page is always that of the terms in force, and every earlier version remains readable at its own address.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
